Yogurt & Chia Bowl with KetoKers

We are going to show you a very easy to make, perfect for breakfast or snack, which also includes our KetoKers bars. Do you dare?

So let’s not waste any more time and get on with it, for this recipe we will need:

  • 1 KetoKer
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 natural Yogurt
  • Chia seeds

We proceed to it, first let us soak the chia seeds for a day or a couple of hours in hot water, when they have swollen we will see that we will have a paste, they are ready!

Now we will put the natural yogurt next to the seeds, we split the banana into pieces and finally we split into pieces our KetoKer, we could even leave it whole and wet. You just have to mix it all together and enjoy it.

If you want to add a more natural touch, you can add blueberries.
